Refund policy

Because our guides are delivered as digital downloads, successfully accessed files are generally not returnable. However, we will refund or otherwise remedy duplicate charges, failed delivery, corrupt files, files materially different from their description and cases where applicable consumer law requires a remedy.

For voluntary support review, write to hello@usefulsignal.ca within 14 days of purchase and include your order email or receipt identifier. The 14-day support window adds to and does not limit mandatory legal rights.

Lost your link? You can use purchase recovery to request a new private download link for an eligible paid order.
